SAUGVINON BLANC
Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and aromatic white wine that captures the freshness and energy of the Dealu Mare region. It opens with expressive notes of citrus, green apple, and freshly cut grass, followed by delicate hints of tropical fruit. The grapes are harvested in the cool hours of the morning to preserve their natural aromas and freshness. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the pure expression of the Sauvignon Blanc variety and the character of the terroir.
